Easy Cheesy Chard


  • 1pkg whole grain spaghetti noodles
  • 4-5 leaves of chard, washed and chopped
  • 1/2lb ground meat (or vegetarian meat alternative)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package directions. In a frying pan, fry ground meat.  When meat is cooked, add a small amount of water and the chard.  Place lid on pan and steam chard until wilted.  Add cheese to meat and chard; mix until cheese is melted. Combine with noodles and serve
