Description
This bushy plant has a milder, sweeter flavour than oregano- a tasty addition to mediterranean dishes. Grows well in pots, or in any area with good drainage and full sun. Bees and other beneficial insects also enjoy the flowers. For a continuous harvest of tender leaves, keep pinching out the tops. Since it repels cabbage moths, sweet marjoram is a good companion plant for cabbages. (3-1/2in pot)
