Coriander (flowering cilantro)

Flowering cilantro (before it goes to seed- the seeds are coriander seeds). Has a nutty flavour. Use the flowers and leaf tips as a garnish for salads, for coriander flower liqueur, or where you would use coriander leaves (for a milder flavour)
