Italian Frying Pepper-Green or Red (sweet) ea

Great roasted, dried, or made into pesto.  You can freeze them, too!

Use the tops just like scallions! Freshly picked onions.

Spearmint is excellent for tea, mint jelly, and sauces. Doesn't have the peppery flavour of peppermint.
