Spring Turnips!

These are NOT the same as other turnips- they are a specialty Japanese variety with a mild, sweet flavour- a bit like a radish, but not nearly as hot.  As a bonus, the tops are excellent in salads, steamed, or stirfried, so don't throw them out!
