Wreath and planter ordering is OPEN!

Handcrafted fresh wreaths and planters

Each planter and wreath is made to order using fresh, locally-sourced greenery (mostly from our farm) like spruce, yew, boxwood, euonymous, goldenrod, and dogwood. We finish them with festive touches like plaid bows and natural accents, so your home (or someone else’s!) feels warm and welcoming all season long.

FAQ’s

Wreath and planter delivery is available to Kitchener, Waterloo, Stratford, New Hamburg, Baden, and Cambridge (within city/town limits). Delivery to these areas is $12.75+HST (except for very large orders- for very large orders, please contact us).

If you live outside of city/town limits and you would like delivery, please contact us. Delivery may be available for a few extra dollars.

We are just outside New Hamburg, so only about 20 minutes from Stratford and Waterloo. Our address is 1659 line 41 New Hamburg. Look for the ‘Green Hart Farms’ sign at the end of our driveway. We recommend using google maps as iphone maps aren’t always correct for our address.

Our planters and wreaths are made from fresh, real greenery, so their life span will depend on where they are kept. If you bring your planter or wreath inside, it will not last very long as it will dry out and start losing needles quickly- it is best to try misting them a few times a day to try to keep them from drying out as quickly. Outdoors, planters and wreaths can last up to a couple months in cold weather, especially if they are protected from the wind.

Since our planters and wreaths are made to order and are perishable products, they are final sale. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for planters or wreaths that arrive damaged on delivery, and only if you let us know within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
