Celery-Dark Green (bunch)

Description

Our celery is grown with no chemical pesticide or fungicide sprays (just like the rest of the veggies we grow).  It has a beautiful dark green colour, and a real celery flavour. This celery is best for cooking or celery salt.

Note: We did end up using a pro-mix mostly organic based fertilizer on the celery as we were struggling to have enough nitrogen for it. It is marketed as an ‘organic based’ fertilizer, but as far as I can tell there is some synthetic nitrogen in it.
