Tomatoes – Namib (quart)

Description

These are very similar to Roma paste tomatoes.  With more ‘meat’ and less water, making them excellent for sauces and salsas.  If you are cooking your salsa, paste tomatoes will make it thicker and more sauce like.  They’re good eating raw, too.
