• 2 cups plain yogurt
• 1 cup borage leaves, chopped fine
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 tsp fresh mint, chopped fine
In early summer you can use 2 or 3 finely chopped garlic scapes instead of cloves of garlic.
What to do:
1. Thoroughly stir first four ingredients until mixed.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Let stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes
4. Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables, potato chips, or whatever you like.
